My love for tamales started when I was 19 or 20. I happened to visit my friend, and his mom had just finished making her famous tamales and I got to try one. I had never seen or heard of tamales before being from Japan. I just remember it being AMAZING with a mouth full of flavors.

We found out that there is this cute chocolate museum called MUCHO (Mundo Chocolate) around the corner from where we were staying through Airbnb and decided to check it out!

I think Teotihuacan is a must visit place if anyone comes to Mexico City! It's about an hour by car from the city. But, it is worth the experience to take it all in and walk the entire park if you can.

We had a lovely visitors from Italy almost a month and half ago! These tents were designed for Burning Man 2015 by La Serra MK Textile Atelier.

Another fun discovery at Artists & Fleas in DTLA 2 weekends ago. It was such a pleasure meeting with Jamie who is the owner of this beautiful and awesome vintage airstream mobile store called "Blossom Vintage".

There are so many crazy cool graffiti/mural walls in DTLA. This is one of my favorites I've been meaning to take photographs of.

I've had my eyes on their cool ceramic pieces featured on their Etsy store (at least for two years). I've always loved the simplicity of their design.

It was such a pleasure meeting local LA artist, Tamar Pelzig at Artists & Fleas in DTLA over the weekend. All of her pieces are so beautiful and I fell in love with them as soon as the long necklace fell into my hand.

I happened to have some extra bags of dried mango for snacking! So I've been looking up several different recipes to see how else I can enjoy them :-)
